Our capacity to love as Christians.

Ephesians 3:16b-19
And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power,
together with all the saints,to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,
and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-
-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

How much can we as Christians love?
We can love with the fullness of the love of Jesus,
we can know his love, we can fathom its depths.
We can be filled to the measure of the fullness of God.
When it comes to love, the fullness of God can dwell in us.

We all have the God given capacity, in our new nature, to be a vessel for the entirety of His love.
Not only do we have the capacity, but we have the destiny.
God would not give us the ability without intending for us to achieve it.

You have no greater a limit on your ability to love, than does God.

You can love with His love, if you yield to it.
This means that even when you feel unable to love, if you say:
"Lord I yield to YOUR love, and in the name of Jesus I love (insert person's name here)."
You can count on God to give you the love, to enable you to love someone you might otherwise struggle to love.
